The official MRV form instructions also note that some cases can be subject to police verification, security clearance or recommendations from relevant organisations or ministries.
For that reason, a third-party promise such as “guaranteed in X days” can be misleading unless it is a clearly published current service standard from the authority handling the application.

You can reduce avoidable preparation delays by choosing the correct visa category, completing the online application carefully, arranging current photographs and passport documents, obtaining a genuine invitation or accommodation evidence where required, and keeping dates and purpose consistent across the full file.
